A tiny choke coil power inductor, the Radial Leaded Power Inductor. It features a wire coiled (magnetic or air) on the core with leads connected for through-hole attachment. The power inductor, also called as a choke coil, choke, or differentially mode inductors, limits the alternating current flowing through the coil.
It possesses a high Q factor, a low magnetic flux leakage, and a high self-resonance frequency. Furthermore, the power inductance has superior magnetically shielding and is RoHS compliant.
Desktops and laptops computer motherboards are examples of applications.
In decentralized energy systems or VRM applications, a DC/DC converter is used.
A general-purpose inductor.
Small dimensions.
Q factor is high.
Self-resonance frequency is very high.
Magnetic flux leakage is minimal.
Magnetic shielding
Free of RoHS.

100uH Surface Mount Power Inductor (100 microH) is a 2-terminal passive device having a coil of wire wound wrapped around a core (which may be magnetic metal or air) to produce a high inductance in the wire. The terminals are pads for surface mounting.
When we apply a current through the inductor, a magnetic field is generated around it.The magnetic field generated by using a magnetic core will be much stronger than others.
